Customer Service Manager
Provide the best customer service pursuant to our standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone and other communication channels – promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing product information
- Manage and assist in the fulfilment of customer orders collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary. • discusses customer responses with director with a view to improving the product or service provided
Mechanic
Join our small but highly-skilled team of dedicated mechanical staff who check, repair and inspect our stock and customer vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of car models, ensuring high-quality work
- Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, and engine diagnostics
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems, identify faults, and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Removes, dismantles, repairs and replaces defective parts and prepares new parts using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with Auto Electricians and Motor Vehicle Technicians to ensure seamless repair services
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, and ensure the garage is organised and safe
- Keep accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used
