Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone and other communication channels – promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing product information.

• Manage and assist in the fulfilment of customer orders collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary. • discusses customer responses with director with a view to improving the product or service provided

Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of car models, ensuring high-quality work.

• Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, and engine diagnostics.

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems, identify faults, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• removes, dismantles, repairs and replaces defective parts and prepares new parts using appropriate tools

• Collaborate with Auto Electricians and Motor Vehicle Technicians to ensure seamless repair services.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, and ensure the garage is organised and safe.

• Keep accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
